HOW TO PAY
You can pay by cash, card, cheque and through bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer we ask that you use your address only as the payment reference. After each clean, a payment card will be posted through your door with payment details. This way you will always be 100% sure we have been and cleaned your windows.
We ask that payment is received within 7 days after receiving any cleaning service. After 7 days any outstanding debtors will receive a friendly reminder text.

What is a Water Fed Pole System & how does it work?Water-Fed Pole Systems (WFP) are a means for cleaning windows where purified water is pumped along a hose through a telescopic pole to a soft brush. The brush is used to agitate dirt and grime on the windows, frames and sills. The purified water is then used to rinse off all the dirt and grime from the window. As the water has had all impurities removed from it, it will dry streak free. Please note that building materials such as paint, render, harling etc will not be cleaned off as these all require to be scraped off the glass or frames and is not included in a regular monthly clean price.

Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?You do not need to be home for me to clean your windows. If access is a problem I can contact you the night before via text so you can leave any gates/garages unlocked on the day. Once your windows have been cleaned I would then pop a card through your door to let you know your windows have been cleaned. Any arrangements will be worked out with you in advance.

How often will you clean my windows?My schedule runs on a monthly basis. Although I usually ask that you allow me a few days either side of this to account for things like the weather and unforeseen circumstances. I clean 12 months of the year, this is to ensure your windows stay clean all year round.

Can you still clean windows when it's raining?The rain has absolutely no effect on the pure water cleaning system, the outcome of the clean will be the same as on a dry day. However we would never clean in extremely heavy rain.
